Kids Taekwondo (兒童跆拳道)

👉 World-class Olympic-style Taekwondo for children (ages 3-12). Building character, confidence, and discipline through traditional techniques with individual attention in age-appropriate classes.

Adult Taekwondo (成人跆拳道)

👉 Not just for kids anymore. Experience dynamic Taekwondo enhanced with kickboxing, practical self-defense, and effective fitness training. Adults-only classes in a supportive environment –
all levels welcome.

Love that the classes mix taekwondo with kickboxing techniques — never gets boring! For my belt test, I had to break a real wooden board which totally caught me off guard. We only practiced with plastic ones in class! But with so much encouragement, I broke it on my second try. Still can’t believe I did that.
